My passion is to 'Bridge the Gap' for average Canadians by providing stable, secure, and affordable housing. I want to restore hope, offering people a chance at homeownership and family stability. When my adult children expressed concerns that their generation might not do better than mine, I was inspired to create L.Y.N.A.Y—'Love Your Neighbour As Yourself.' For many young people, owning a home is out of reach without help, and as parents, we weren’t in a position to assist our children. With housing and rental costs skyrocketing, LYNAY is my solution.
By leveraging collective purchasing power, LYNAY will buy properties outright, often below asking prices, ensuring no debt on these homes. For tenants in LYNAY-owned buildings, we will ensure below-market rent. For those in rent-to-own homes, townhouses, or condos, LYNAY will offer a secure path to ownership. This is a real solution to the housing crisis, and together, with LYNAY, we can make a difference.

Our unique membership model allows individuals and families to participate by paying monthly fees.
Members will support the initiative by increasing LYNAY’s Innovative Purchasing Power to purchase multi-unit rental buildings and freehold homes outright, thereby providing significant home ownership solutions and residential security to ensure tenant stability and long-term housing assurance.
