Membership participants are individuals who want to support the “affordable housing crisis” initiative, most of whom will not directly use its services. They are people who want to “do something” about the housing crisis in Canada and can afford a monthly payment. These individuals vary in age, and include both individuals and families. 

By joining the LYNAY membership, participants gain access to an inclusive community offering education, information, and opportunities for participation. This engagement not only benefits the everyday people, but also fosters a sense of connection and shared purpose among members.

While united by their financial capability and desire to support affordable housing solutions, participants come from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, bringing a variety of perspectives and resources to the community.

Driven by a desire to address the housing crisis, members will be motivated by social responsibility, community improvement, and the desire to make a positive impact on housing affordability.

Members pay monthly fees which pool together and fund property purchases.
